All Members and Volunteers are welcome to join the Village on the second Friday of the month to take the Vallejo Ferry to San Francisco. We take the 11:00 am Ferry to SF; if you have a Senior Clipper card, it’s only $4.60. The hour long trip to the city gives you a great chance to visit with other members. Once there you have choices:
1) Walk over to the SalesForce Park Tower and take the free gondola up to the beautiful 5.4 acre park. This is a 1.1mile walk, about 10-15 minutes.
2) Walk along the waterfront Bay Trail as far as you like
3) Visit the shops and eateries in the SF Ferry Terminal
At 12:45 meet up at Gotts for outside lunch unless you decided to try a different eatery.
At 2:00 pm start to walk over to Gate E at the Terminal. Discuss your day's adventure on the 2:20 pm Ferry back to Vallejo.
This month Armand and Cynthia Seguin will lead the group. If you would like a ride to the Vallejo terminal please register on the website a couple days ahead and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
