The di Rosa Center for Contemporary Art maintains a permanent collection of works by Northern California artists that was originally collected by Rene di Rosa (1919-2010) and Veronica di Rosa  (1934–1991). The collection contains notable works by artists living or working in the San Francisco Bay Area from mid-twentieth century to the early twenty-first century, highlighting a story of experimentation of the artists of the region. It is displayed in part, on a rotating basis, in the galleries at di Rosa.
We will tour the galleries and the beautiful grounds studded with art work.
Wheelchairs are available in the galleries by request. Please note when you register if you need a wheelchair.
Wear sturdy shoes for walking on the gravel paths on the grounds. Bring your water bottle; water stations are available on the grounds. Bottled water may also be purchased. Don't forget a hat and wear your sunscreen!
After our visit we will go to the Stanley Lane Smokehouse Deli for lunch. They have a variety of sandwiches and salads.
        Registration closes May 14.

When you register please indicate if you need a ride to the 9th St. parking lot in Benicia where we will gather by 10:30 a.m. to carpool. We always need willing CV volunteers to drive, so please note that and how many you can take in your car. If you need to cancel, please call the General Information line as soon as possible, 707-297-2472.
