The featured speaker for February is Miles Otterbeck from Solano County Older and Disabled Adult Services. Mr Otterbeck will present "Learn How to Fight Scammers & Keep Safe".

Miles Otterbeck will be presenting on Elder Financial Exploitation and Fraud. Mr Otterbeck is a College Intern with Solano County Older and Disabled Adult Services. He is also a student at Sacramento State, where he studies Political Science.
