The featured speaker for February is Miles Otterbeck from Solano County Older and Disabled Adult Services. Mr Otterbeck will present "Learn How to Fight Scammers & Keep Safe".

Fraudsters are everywhere—including Solano County—and they’re more clever than ever! Join Solano County Older & Disabled Adult Services (ODAS) on Thursday, February 15th at 10:30am at the Benicia Public Library to learn the signs you might be the target of an attack, as well as simple tips to prevent and report fraud. Miles Otterbeck will be presenting on Elder Financial Exploitation and Fraud. Mr Otterbeck is a College Intern with Solano County Older and Disabled Adult Services. He is also a student at Sacramento State, where he studies Political Science.
