Speaker Series:BFD Division Chief Carl Littorno Presents

Please join us at the Benicia Public Library to welcome Division Chief Carl Littorno of the Benicia Fire Department to our monthly Speaker Series. Chief Littorno will talk about the many ways the BFD supports local senior citizens. He will present basic information on performing CPR, use of Automated External Defibrilators, or AEDs, which are life-saving devices now commonly located for use in the event of a cardiac arrest in public buildings, and medical alerts. 

Chief Littorno joined BFD as a firefighter/paramedic in 2009. He promoted to Engineer in 2012, to captain in 2018, and to his current post as Division Chief in April of 2022. His areas of responsibility include Operations, Emergency Medical Services, and Hazardous Materials Liaison. Bring your curiosity and your questions to meet Chief Littorno.
