For 40 years Carlo and Joe have been hosting an annual holiday party for family and friends featuring traditional Italian food from Carlo's hometown and the region of Italy from which his family came.

 

The emphasis is on "dolci" or sweets! In this event, they will make Sfinge di San Giuseppe: cream puffs for Saint Joseph's Day or for people named after Joseph. They will show you how to do it and then answer questions from Carquinez Village viewers.
